Amy Lee, 25, married Josh Hartzler, a 29-year-old New York City-based therapist, at her family’s home in Little Rock, Ark., the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported Wednesday.

According to the paper, Lee’s grandfather Bob Cargill performed the ceremony, and Hartzler’s friend (and former Evanescence member) David Hodges was a groomsman. The guests included Evanescence guitarist Terry Balasamo.

Lee announced her engagement on Jan. 9 during a taping of an hour-long special for Canada’s MuchMusic network. When the host commented on her ring, the singer replied, “I got engaged last night.” She said her fiancé get down on one knee: “It was awesome.”

At Saturday’s 1 p.m. ceremony, Lee wore an ivory Victorian-style dress and veil, the Democrat-Gazette reports. The reception featured a robin’s-egg-blue wedding cake – a white-chocolate butter cake colored blue with coconut filling and cream-cheese icing.

According to the paper, the newlyweds spent their wedding night at Little Rock’s Peabody Hotel before leaving for a honeymoon on an island south of the Bahamas.
