According to the paper, Lee’s grandfather Bob Cargill performed the ceremony, and Hartzler’s friend (and former Evanescence member) David Hodges was a groomsman. The guests included Evanescence guitarist Terry Balasamo. Lee announced her engagement on Jan. 9 during a taping of an hour-long special for Canada’s MuchMusic network. When the host commented on her ring, the singer replied, “I got engaged last night.” She said her fiancé get down on one knee: “It was awesome.” At Saturday’s 1 p.m. ceremony, Lee wore an ivory Victorian-style dress and veil, the Democrat-Gazette reports. The reception featured a robin’s-egg-blue wedding cake – a white-chocolate butter cake colored blue with coconut filling and cream-cheese icing. According to the paper, the newlyweds spent their wedding night at Little Rock’s Peabody Hotel before leaving for a honeymoon on an island south of the Bahamas. Source: People Magazine |

Honestly… I don`t know what to say :-S …I think she should have thought more about THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP IN ONES LIFE…I don`t think this so called therapist is doing any good to her…she shreded the band under guess whose advice…and she didn`t stop a single second to think about it….no she just keeps touring more and more till september and more…so I have only one question: WHY/WHAT ARE YOU RUNNIG AWAY FROM? & WHAT ARE YOU KEEPING US IN THE DARK FROM?…well actully that`s 3 question;)) If the ex-band members are lying the I trully HOPE that you will rock harder and harder until you reach the stars & beyond…but if this confusion is YOUR doing…then I think you should cancel the tour, solve the problems deep within your lovely heart, clean up this mass-media mess…and think a LOT about what you really want from this single platinum life of yours…I TRULLY HOPE THAT ONE DAY WISDOM WILL COME UPON YOU AND…YOU WON`T WASTE YOURSELF…because you are more precious than a water in a desolated desert…please …don`t waste yourself..I beg of YOU…

first of all congrats amy and josh!!and as for the old band members leaving ,i wasnt gonna form an opinion because we are all human and we all make mistakes!!after some reading though i have to say rocky and johm shame on u both.in my experience the ones with the attitudes are the ones who are guilty .no matter what happened i never read a statement from her that was in any way hurtful to either of u.well all this concidered i hope everyones happy in the end.she and amy if it would have been me i might have said alot worse.this shows good chacactor on your part.i do hope everyone can resolve this and atleast stay freinds.for the people out there that think evanescence is over i think not amy is way to creative for that.her style is unique.i believ some are slightly jealous of her.im a singer and though i dont consider myself miss thang i have dealt with jealously from other people mainly when i was in chior in school.i even started to quit because of it.but when it came time to vote for leaders the same people that mistreated me voted for me.funny how that happens.as they say kill them with kindness.keep up the good work amy

Amy my dear you fucked up royaly, you can’t be happy and make a good album. And now that you popped the dream of thousands of guys that in the realm of their reality had a chance to be with you, now it’s gone and they will move on with their money to the next single song bird. It’s also pretty sad that most of you guys are typeing like she is really going to read this. (Before you say how I typed in i’m just doing what you roman’s are). Any way good luck and all I guess. Her name is Amy Hartzler but I think it sounds awful! Lee was the name that sounded good on her. But Josh looks like a good man and I think it’s gonna be fine about them. They have already been together for a long time now, so her lastname doesent matter so much, I think.
